Limited Warranty

Effective October 19, 2026. This limited warranty covers AspireArtisans products bought from AspireArtisans on aspireartisans.com or on Amazon.

How long coverage lasts

• Standard: 1 year from the purchase date. You do not need to register to get it.
• Registered: 3 years from the purchase date when you register the product on our warranty registration page. Registration is free.

What is covered

Defects in materials or workmanship that appear under normal household use.

What is not covered

• Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, neglect, or use other than the product's intended purpose.
• Products that have been modified or repaired by someone other than AspireArtisans.
• Normal wear, such as worn abrasive surfaces, scratches and cosmetic marks.
• Products bought from sellers other than AspireArtisans.

What we will do

If a covered defect is confirmed, we will, at our choice, send a replacement part, replace the product, or refund the purchase price.

How to make a claim

1. Open My warranty from your registration email and choose Report a problem, or email support@aspireartisans.com.
2. Include your order number, a short description, and a photo or video of the problem.
3. We reply within 1 business day.

Who is covered

The original purchaser, or the person who received the product as a gift.

Your rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
